Party Favor Order Terms and Conditions

  1. Ordering

    All orders must be submitted with complete details, including quantities, colors, customization text, and event date. Orders are processed only after payment is received.
  2. Processing Time

    Standard processing time is provided at checkout or in your invoice. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Processing time begins once all details and payment are confirmed. A deposit of half of the total of order will be required before production starts. And the remaining amount will need to be paid in full before shipping of order. 
  3. Customization

    Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, dates, and design details before final approval. Once approved, customized items cannot be changed or cancelled.
  4. Payment

    Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise stated. Unpaid orders will not be processed. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not change for confirmed orders.
  5. Cancellations

    Non‑custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not begun. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design work or production has started.
  6. Refunds and Returns

    Due to the personalized nature of party favors and T-shirt design, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Any claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  7. Shipping

    Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once shipped, delays caused by the carrier or weather are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses.
  8. Local Pickup

    If local pickup is offered, items must be collected within the agreed timeframe. Unclaimed orders after 7 days may be discarded or incur storage fees.
  9. Product Variations

    Colors, materials, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen differences or supplier variations. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
  10. Liability

    We are not responsible for misuse of products, allergic reactions, or damage occurring after delivery or pickup.
  11. Contact
